Are your cars imports?
No. We only sell UK supplied vehicles.
Why are you so cheap?
We use our bulk buying advantage to purchase cars at highly discounted prices. We do not have the large overheads of a traditional dealership which means we have access to some of the best new car prices, and can pass these savings on to you.
Do your cars come with a warranty?
Yes, all our cars are supplied with the normal manufacturer's warranty.
How do I pay the deposit for my car?
Once you have decided to place an order with us, your sales agent will ask you for a deposit (minimum £500). This is to secure the vehicle so it can't be sold to another customer. We accept most major credit and debit cards and also welcome bank transfers and cheques. If you are financing the full amount your deposit will be refunded at the end of the transaction.
Is my deposit safe?
Yes it is. We can often give you prices as low as if you were buying a used car, with all the reliability and security of buying a new car. We will refund your deposit in the unlikely event of the wrong car being delivered or a specification error. Also if you use a credit card to pay your deposit you have their guarantee of delivery or refund (see card issuer for details).
Do CarAndVan.com offer payment protection?

Who will my car be registered to?
Our cars are usually pre-registered in our suppliers name and subsequently re-registered in your name. Our pre-registered cars are mainly unused with delivery mileage only. Dealers pre-register cars to hit target figures and bonuses. We take advantage of these on your behalf.
Can I test drive the vehicle?
As we don't have a showroom we don't store cars for our customers to test drive. We recommend that if you are undecided about buying a particular vehicle, you test drive it at your local dealer and then buy from us.
Who will keep me updated?
The person who you order from is the person that keeps you updated on the status of your order. If your anticipated delivery date changes we will notify you immediately.
Can CarAndVan.com finance the car for me?
Yes, each car on our site has a sample contract hire or Personal contract hire quotation.
We can supply and finance your new car on any of the following products :- Hire Purchase, Lease Purchase,
Personal Contract Purchase, Finance Lease, Contract Hire and Personal Contract Hire. If you want a
quote on an alternative finance product please speak to our sales agent.
When do I need to pay the balance of my car?
We need to have cleared funds for your vehicle before delivery. This may be in the form of a bankers draft, personal cleared cheque, debit card or payment from a finance company. You may pay by credit card however an additional fee will be charged.
Do I need to use finance arranged by your company?
The majority of our pre-reg cars can be purchased for cash or finance. Some of our cars are restricted to certain financial products.
How will my car be delivered to me?
Depending on where we source the car or van from, the vehicle may be driven to you or delivered on a transporter. You may also choose to pick up the car from our head office in Liverpool or the supplying dealer. If you have a part exchange then we will pick this up on the day of delivery.
Are you credit impaired?
If you are having difficulty arranging finance then apply to our sister company - click here. You can still buy any car off this website but the finance will be provided by Clear Credit Ltd
